yay! so went to work today and then to Kellen's to watch horror movies with Evil **cough,cough** Blue-eyed Mike, Chintan (who left), Kim, and Tori (who came later).

yeah... even ER is scary to me @_@...

Well, we watched Urban Legends: Bloody Mary and part of the Ring. I thought both were scary, the Urban Legends not good, but still scary.

am i really that superstitious? O_o

I hate how everyone is so sleepy after a horror movie and i am always wide awake... >_> ... hmmm... i gotta work tm too >_

so i found out people I know actually do read my LJ (other than those on my friend's list) XD! Call out to Jamie! XD! Rock on!

anyway, today and yesterday have been some wild nights. last night after work, i got home a little before 11 pm, took a shower, and headed out to Magoo's to meet Carolyn/Cat/Mom, Brandon, Holly, and their friend Shivan. So, they all went up to dance, and i was on my first grey goose and cranberry (cuz Carolyn brought her own from hom and mixed it with a free cranberry the bar gave her), the this guy just comes up to me and asks me if i want to dance! i was really surprised and didn't know what to say, so i told him i was watching the purses... >.< meh, that's ok. so we meet Stan there once again, and he was really nice. i love the way he smells. i really just wanted to hug him because he smelled so good. he's a really nice guy. he takes Carolyn out to Leo's and always pays and buys her drinks. We talked abiout him in the bathroom, and someone asked if he was black. Turns out she knew him and thought he was a great guy too. But it wa great hanging out with Carolyn and Brandon. they are so funny together. I gave Brandon $40 to get me something at the Killers concert tonight. He better get me something good!!! i like the Killers a lot. Oh! there was this girl there who was really trying to be like Paris Hilton (bleach blond, drapy blue outfit, started dancing on the tables...) and they were making fun of her all night. The girl was trying so hard to be Paris. i was like... ok, downtown is understandable, but Magoos?! Magoos is like for older people or people who don't care and dress average. i was just like, of all places!oh! and this other really big girl got on all fours and literally started rubbing her big behind up against a bouncer's... frontal area. i mean, i surprised she didn't knock him over or he shot something out. it was so bad and disgusting. i was like... they're just having doggy style sex on the dance floor, but they happen to be wearing clothes. in the women's bathroom, they were also talking about how their group was just gonna leave because there were no men to have sex with and they were just going to have sex with each other. One girl asked about if they had enough condoms for that. ... ... ... i may not know a lot about sex, but i am pretty sure you need a guy in the equation for the use of condoms. (unless there's just something i don't know about lesbian group sex)

So today, Carolyn picked me up at 11 am, and we went to Applebees to see Brandon. lol, we gave him such a hard time the other tables felt bad for him. i ordered extra food because i wanted to try something, and he told me whatever i didn't finish he would eat. he didn't care about germs because "we're family". **sniff,sniff** we put it in a box for him (in which he wrote his name on it before giving it to me) and we left it on the table with a $12 tip (our bill was $27). He's such a sweet heart. I wonder why he doesn't have a gf other than he's busy all the time. so we head to Marshall Fields. I went into the hair salon at 1 pm... didn't get out till 5:52!!! like 5 hrs!!!! /omg!!!!

they did a good job though. Carolyn got her hair in an updo and nails done. then she went shopping for an outfit while i was still getting the works. I got 2 highlights (one a redish color and the other blond) and they had to tone it too, got my eyebrows done, a hair cut, and an updo/styling. it was so much work. i had three stylists heping each other do my hair at different times. somteimes just one and others all three. but then i went to Chanel and she was busy all the time with one customer. but i still got my makeup and did it myself later at the BOB. anyway, i picked out an outfit with matching jewerly and we headed out ^^. We ate at the Bob, and that was soo good ^^. Oh! Carolyn told me that her nephew was asking about me because he thought i was cute ^^. Too bad he has a gf. He's kinda cute ^^. He also manages The Crush because his father owns the BOB. I was kinda dancing there with Cat (because she can't move with lol, in the elevator, we were stuck with 3 spanish speaking guys and someone said something in Spanish. Cat just blurted out, you think she has a hot @ss!? And one of the guys was saying, "say it to her! say it to her!" and i turn around and the elevator stops, and they get out and he looked at me, and i backed towards Cat, and he was like, "no, she's too shy." and so the elevator closed and Cat looks at me and says one of them sais i had a hot butt and the other replied that i had a hot body. loo, they didn't know she could speak a little spanish. Well, she's fluent in Italian, and she says it's close to spanish.

So, Hally and Shivan were supposed to meet us today at the BOB, and we called them 3 times, and they never called back. Kellen called because he was throwing a party for Inger, his friend from the Netherlands. She was very nice. Familiar faces were there like Mike, Kim, Tori, Chintan, and Jamie (who is always lookin fabulous.) i need to get Kim a gift for a going away present, Mike a birthday present, and they are having a housewarming party. I know what i'm gonna get Kim, i have a good idea of what Mike likes, and i have no clue on a housewarming present. T_T... **sobs** maybe i can get a joint gift for the four of them to share?

hmmm... oh, so his party was fun ^^ i always have fun hanging out with them. i really hope my East side friends can meet my West side friends ^^.

but we left around 11:45. Carolyn felt old there :( and she's not comfortable in East downtown. but now it's time for me to sleep ^^ gotta work tm at 3.

Why i suck at LJ (this feels like a elementary school report)

I think because most of the time i have nothing to write about. my life is pretty boring and routine... that is sooo pathetic the more i think about it. so i do retail therapy, and that about solves everything ^^

but recently jenna came over and spent a couple nights working for the Lanthorn. I had to work a lot so we got to hang out at night. Went to see Batman Begins, since everyone else in the world has seen it. I love how during the movie she was talking about how "hot" the actor was, and i was like, "shh! pay attention! it's Batman!" and then afterward i shared with her my knowledge of the Batman universe. I'd have to say it was a good movie and there was a good cast. I think he made a good young Batman (the guy from Newsies), but i didn't really get the fear struck into my heart. You could tell he was trying to be scary and it was the fact that he wasn't that threw me off a bit. I can't wait to listen to the director's commentary to hear what he was thinking. lol, i also went through the other Batmans because she didn't see any of them. I looked at her like, "how could you not?!" but then again, i haven't seen a lot of classic movies so i have no right to talk. Like there was Burt Ward (from the old school tv series), Micheal Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney, and now this kid (Christian Bale- just found his name ^^). hmmm... i don't think i forgot anyone else. That's not including the animated series and other spin offs that aren't very good. i did like the Batman the animated series though. Don't know how i feel about Batman Beyond (another animated series that was set in the future and featured on the WB Saturday morning cartoons along with Pokemon)... actually that doesn't even count because to me, it's more of a spin offs and spin offs don't count. Justice League and Teen Titans i feel are spin offs from the DC Comic world.

I wanna make my own comic world just so that all my heroes can meet each other and battle! woot!

anyway, i could go on and on about batman, but i won't. it was Kudos good.

so, to sum things up:

Sunday- drove home after work! saw sandy and dish at national! gotta love the greasy food! Yummm... Deep Fried Fat!!! then we went to Meijer so i could booze up dish.

Monday- got up early and worked on the cleaning and gowing through stuff. Met up with Dish and shopped the entire morning! Got two new outfits (courtesy of Mervyns) and found out i was a different cup size ^^ yay! at least i grew somewhere >.>... OOOoooo!!! Nino Salvaggio!!! (sp?) i love that store!!! oh! and before those two places, we ate at the Lakeshore Grill in the Marshall Fields. i thought the food was fabulous. then i went home and for 3 hours, i cleaned the basement. -_-... i hate spiders!!!! i actually did break a glass Welch's cup with dinosaurs on it because there was a spider in it T_T **sobs** i just broke one of my child hood memories. Then shower! a stupid spider followed me in there! T_T **sobs!!!** after, i went to emily's house and we hung out in her CUTE PINK room. Tee hee! ^^ (i love you emily!) i also looked at our comic notebook that we did in high school together. good times, good times. We have to start that up again. we can mail the notebook to each other. Then i went to Dish's house to change and get ready. We went to Chris's house and basically hung out with just dish, katie, and me. there was a big 16 and under crowd, but we didn't talk to them... oh! phil, jeff, and ken were also there ^^. it was nice seeing them too. but they didn't go with us to katie's house afterward because they had to work in the morning /pif! hmm, i had about 3-4's of an Arbor Mist bottle at Chris's and 1 jager bomb at katie's. at katies house, we chatted for a bit and i looked through her portfolios and scrap book. I didn't want my dad to know i was drinking so i went home after that and it was around 1:30 am.

Tuesday- got up around 8:00 am, before my dad >.>... he goes to bed earlier than me and wakes up later... but i got up, and i wasn't very hungry all day. I had part of a peice of chicken and a little bit of mac and cheese for breakfast. I went through some more stuff, and then met jenna up for lunch at Wok Inn (yay!). She got me these awesome sea shell shaped chocolated from Italy and (the awesomest thing every) a bottle that is shaped like the Pisa (XD!!!) and it has like a bluish green alcohol in it. i'm, more excited about the bottle shap! it's so cool. (and i am so easily amused ^^). we chatted for a while. She is actually sleeping over tonight. She's working on the Lanthorn today and tomorrow and whe's on a new story. Remember the guy who disappeared a couple of years ago? they found body parts washed up and she is covering that story because her editor (i guess) knows the guy. but i didn't want to sound sick, but i kinda wanted to see pictures because i studied the decomposition of the body. she thought it would be just bones, but i don't think so after only two years. plus it was in cold water. unless some fish were nibbling on it, it should mostly be there unless something else was done to the body. oh, back to the focus... i had like two spring rolls (heaven!) and a coke. i still wasn't very hungry. then went home to go through more stuff, and ro to see misha. she's a friend in england. she's really cool. then i went to see Gloria at Panera. i had some tea and a scone. (the scone was really dry. i didn't care for it). we chatted for a bit. then went home, cleaned up, got my stuff, and headed for state. Saw sandy and we went to a sea food resturant ^^ it was very good ^^. had Yellowtail tuna from Kona, Hawaii, that was made "shanghai" style with soy sauce, rice, and spinach. then had Creme brulee! (HEAVEN!!!) then dropped sandy off to get her bike and headed to GR. I got sooo lost. i kept on 96 to Muskegon and i was so very lost and tired. i was almost tempted to call Kellen or Chintan because i was freaked out. i had no idea where i was and things sounded familiar but i had no idea where to go. i do get lost alot, but i usually do not freak out about it. anyway, i got home after an hour of getting lost, which was like 10:45. I went on RO to tank Emily on Milette but she never came on T_T **sobs**

anyway, woke up this morning, and worked on my monk. i want to make lvl 99, dang it!!! and then i went on thefacebook and created a new group called: Cho-tastic !!! yay! for all the Margaret Cho fans! anyway, that is that. I tried adding a few people as friends like Chris Deroche, Bill Kunz, and Jeff Muehl (sp?). Oh, and Lubna too! She's such an awesome person!

anyway, gotta work in 2 hours and i need to get dressed and get some shoes... i think i left my tennis shoes at dish's O.o... ttyl! have a great day everyone ^^

i quit!!!

i wrote so much about my feeling about live 8 and they got totally erased when i clicked a link! gaahhhhhhhh!!!

in a nut shell: it's a good cause, but so many things are unexplained. This is all a hype probably, and people are joining on the band wagon just to do it. i have my own questions like how are the people of Africa going to be affected? are they going to assimilate into someone else's culture? I bet the !Kung of the Kalahari or the Tiv of Nigeria are going to be thrilled with people giving them foreign drugs and changing their way of life.

and how is this going to affect the US? We spend too little on the domestic part like our food programs, education programs, social security, and so forth, and we spend too much on the military. Btw, $85 Billion is unaccounted for in the military bugdet (which is 48% of our federal funds, but what's $85 BILLION DOLLARS?! that's just chump change to us, i guess...) Now the Human Resource Budget (which is only a mere 34%) will probably be the fund that gets cut if we take part in helping other countries. Good bye government subsidized housing, Hellooooo Africa. let's cut education since that's not really important. we'll just make more guns, send our own people to die, and lose $85 billion dollars. oops!

that's my view on the war anyway...

well danielle and i did have an interesting poking fest/kendo duel/fight fight/summoning battle today. side note: mogs and chocobos are not that effective...

then work. OMG! that's God it's over for today. must go again tm -_-... long and tiring day. Katie and I didn't even get a break. but oh well. nighty night time.

WEll, today was an eventful day. Got up at 6 am, cleaned... sorta... went out shopping! picked up Carolyn's daughter, Veronica's, grad gift from Things Remembered (which i was supposed to do early this month...), picked out 3 books for my dad and some key lime truffles at Godiva for a belated Father's Day (since i was working and he was off celebrating with Marilyn's family), then called him to discuss plans for Monday and Tuesday since we'll be going through the basement. i didn't even bother telling him my other plans because, what's the point?

then i picked up some ramen and sushi at Shogun. Maybe not as good as Tokyo Sushi Bar and Grill...

then i searched for an hour and 10 minutes for a K-mart for non slip shoes for work, since i have already fallen down twice... and that freakin' hurts! those floors... uh uhhhh! anyway, i got some nice dark brown Route 66 sandals and a kitty shirt while i was there. ^^

The chilled at home, talked to jenna, talked to sandy, and cleaned all the time in between. did play RO for a bit. they tricked GD it! i waited 1 hour and 15 min thinking i would get a secret quest and it was a bunch of BS.

Speaking of which, after that, i went over to Kellen's/ The Diamond House, and we played BS, the card game. Chintan, his sister (Minal), and Jackwee (Jackie with a "wee") were there. i brought the Scooby Doo Monopoly set that Sandy got me for Christmas in High school (F*ck this game! You win Grandma!!! Where'd you get the pink fifties, you cheating wh*r*?! ;)! **wink** ). Anyway, i started making fondu, but Jamie was at Dukes (the bar by the Diamond House) and so we went there.

There were lots of people there. unfortunately i couldn't hear any names of the people i didn't know @_@. but we had fun ^^. i had a serving of fries, 4 amaretto sours, and 2 jager bombs. I wanted to do another one, but they wouldn't let me. /pif! anyway, they almost didn't let me drive home! but i have given other people rides on much worse so muwhahahahahahahaha!!!

i know people are worried about me dieing in a car accident. actually i'd feel worse if i actually hit someone, so i know i'll be extra careful about it. don't know how i would feel if i died in a car accident. i just hope someone will take car of my cats and that my apartment/living space is actualy clean. how embarrassing would that be if the last thing people would remember you by is a dirty house? plus i worry about my cats, like what would happen to them if i died and who would take care of them? (hopefully dish...). and my sis too, since i promised myself that i would not die on her because i don't know how she would handle it.

speaking of which, she's getting married in march! i am really excited for her. i told her she should get a strapless embroidered satin ball gown style wedding gown that drags. i saw some nice ones for $950-1300. I want her to have the best wedding possible, actually. she says we have to go with cheap bridesmaid dresses since i think some of her bridesmaids won't want to pay that much. i just hope they are not ugly and that they are not too short. i have the worst figure and i have really fat arms and legs... and a fat body in general... geeze... anyway, i hope that i can loose a lot of weight by march or at least tone up so i don't look too fat. all her firends re tall and thin, so all i look like is fat and short, gosh darn it... **sigh**

anyway, i hope jackwee is feeling better (a call out if she ever reads this). ^^ i hope she feels better!

I will be home July 4th and 5th to clean out the basement, but i don't know how many people i'm supposed to sueeze in unfortunately. i know i have to see dish on the 4th, i need to save a time for emily, and i need to see jenna and gloria on the 5th for lunch and dinner. i need to see you becky sometime @_@ (another call out!) i got something for you ^^. i hope i can see you too kristen, elena, and nick! (if not this time, maybe in august.

for those of you who don't know, i'm moving out of my apartment in wyoming to a condo in caledonia with my step sister Tarra, in which her mom owns the condo. we are also selling the house in sterling heights, and my sis and her fiance and buying a townhouse in Texas. lots of moving @_@. anyway, gotta go to bed. have to work in 11 hours.
